Does my phone support eSIM?
Most iPhones from XS onward and recent Pixel and Galaxy phones do, if they are not carrier-locked. Check the list.
When does my plan start?
The validity period starts when the eSIM first connects to a local network, not when you buy or install it. Install it at home before your trip, keep it off until you land, then turn it on.
Can I keep my own number?
Yes. This is a data-only eSIM. Your normal SIM stays in the phone for calls and texts.
Can I share data with a hotspot?
Yes, hotspot (tethering) is allowed. Devices connected to your hotspot use your plan's data, and laptops can use a lot in the background for updates and photo backups.
What if the eSIM doesn't work?
Email us with your order number and we will help you set it up. If it can't be installed or can't connect and we can't fix it, we refund you in full. This doesn't apply if your phone doesn't support eSIM or is carrier-locked (locked to a mobile carrier).
